The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. If you join the waitlist we store your email address so we can send you the emails you asked for. That is the whole of it.
What we collect
Only if you submit the waitlist form: your email address, the date and time you submitted it, and which of the two forms on the page you used. Those three values are the entire record. The form also contains a hidden field that people do not see and automated submitters fill in; when it arrives filled, the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.
Automatically, by our host: the site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which records standard request information — including your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string — in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with the waitlist.
Nothing else. No cookies. No analytics or measurement service. No advertising or conversion pixels. No fingerprinting. No account, because there is nothing here to sign in to.
Why we have it
To send you the emails you asked for: one when the free recorder is available, and one when the release loop is. We do not send anything else to that address. The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is kept
Waitlist entries are written to a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, both operated by Google LLC as our processor and governed by Google's own terms. The Sheet is private to the operator of this site. Hosting and request logs are handled by Cloudflare, Inc. Both may process data outside your country.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your address is not sold, rented, shared, or passed to any advertiser, data broker, or partner. The only parties that touch it are the two processors named above, and any authority we are legally required to disclose to.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is retired and the emails it exists to send have been sent — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can ask for a copy in a portable form. Every waitlist email also carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the entry. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
We answer these ourselves, by hand. There is no form to fill in — see Contact below.
Children
Soredemo is a tool for people who ship software, and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted an address, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If a change is significant and we hold your address, we will tell you at that address before it takes effect.
Contact
Write to hello@soredemo.dev and a person will answer.
